I just got the edited version back from my editing guru and she had some pretty cool things to say about the book.

“You’ve outdone yourself with this one! Truly. Such an intelligent, well-told, compelling, realistic story. The amount of research you must have done boggles my mind a bit. The backstories are so rich and fitting, the characters so believable. I absolutely love this firm of women superheroes you’ve created and can’t wait to read what you have in store for them next.”

I hadn’t heard from her since she got it, and I was getting a little anxious about her opinion. Her reaction made me smile.

And it gives me the impetus to keep at it.
